Recently, CEEC East China Electric Power Design Institute Co., Ltd. officially signed an EPC contract with BHEG UK in London for the 30MW Waste-to-Energy Project in Doncaster, UK.

Located in Doncaster, South Yorkshire of UK, the project will feature an energy recovery facility processing approximately 900 tonnes of municipal solid waste per day, with an annual processing capacity of around 300,000 tonnes and a net installed capacity of about 30MW. Leveraging proven and advanced waste-to-energy technology, the project will enhance local solid waste treatment capacity, reduce reliance on landfill, support regional low-carbon transition, and provide stable clean energy to the UK power system.
