All Modules of Haden PV Project in Saudi Arabia Installed

On November 16 local time, the final one of more than 3.7 million N-type bifacial monocrystalline PV modules was installed at the Haden 2GW PV Project in Saudi Arabia, a project EPC-contracted by CEEC. This milestone clears a major hurdle before its grid-connection.

Situated in Haden of Taif, Makkah Province, the project is a cornerstone of “Saudi Vision 2030” renewable-energy roadmap. Upon completion, it is expected to generate approximately 156.189 billion kWh of electricity and reduce CO2 emissions by around 147 million tonnes over the next 25 years. It will play a pivotal role in Saudi Arabia’s energy transition, powering the high-quality development of the Belt and Road cooperation with green energy.
